• Staff details — names, phone numbers, logins and roles of your team.
• Customer data — your customers' names, phone numbers, vehicles, orders and history that you enter.
• Billing data — bills, payments, expenses and reports you create in the app.

How we use it

We use your data only to run the app for you: saving your records, sending the messages you choose, making reports and giving support.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your data or your customers' data to anyone. We share it only with services needed to run the app (such as hosting and message sending), and only for that purpose.

How we keep it safe

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encrypted connections. Each business can only see its own records, and staff see only what the owner allows. Important changes are recorded in an audit log.

You own your data

Your business data belongs to you. You can export your reports and records at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing us.
