Your account

You are responsible for your account and your staff logins. Keep passwords private and give staff only the access they need. New businesses may need our approval before use.

Your data

You own all business, staff, customer and billing data you put into AI VENTORA. You can export it at any time and ask us to delete it. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Fair use

• Use the app only for lawful business.
• Only add customer details you are allowed to keep, and send messages only to customers who expect them.
• Do not try to access another business's data or harm the service.

Service

We work hard to keep the app running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may update features over time and will tell you about important changes.

Ending your account

You can stop using AI VENTORA at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India, with courts in Kerala.
